Matt is dead on with this one. At the very least, we should be sitting at .500.
2-4 is a far cry from 3-3.

I don't get this line of thinking at all.
Our win against Miami could have been a loss as easily as any of our losses could have been a win. I think with our poor coaching issues, poor defense, and insane mental errors – we’re exactly what we are, a 2-4 team. Plus, let’s not forget that we’ve shown ZERO signs of becoming a good road team. We are a brutal, horrible, awful road team. Until they start showing signs of turning that around, I don’t think we can assume that any lost road game should have been a win.

Even if we lost the Miami game...
we should still be sitting 3-3 with even the normal amount of NFL luck (and normal lack of spontaneous retardation). If we win the coin flip in J’ville, we likely win the game.
Yay, sports.
RE:

But… but… WE WANT SAGE!!!
No doubt that retardation has cost us wins – I’m hoping karma, or luck, or whatever the hell anyone wants to call it will hand us a game or two against the teams who are much better than us – that’s why we have GOT to make sure we don’t overlook the Bengals. Looking at their schedule – this is probably their most winnable game left with the exception of their last game (hosting KC).
It just blows me away that we can almost give away the second half to Detroit. Detroit! They are LEGENDARILY bad, not just bad. Maybe I’m holding the Texans to too high of a standard, I dunno.

Yeah...
Because at 3-3 you’d only be as crappy as the Colts this season…
You are what you are buddy, 2-4. Oddly enough, I don’t really hear much chatter anymore about how the Texans will win more games than the Titans. Why is that, MDC? Why is that…?
Cuidado Frijoles
You’re success is hinged on the health of Fat Albert. He goes down, the rest of your defense goes down with him. Six games in is too soon for you to be popping off at the mouth…

Actually, genius...
if we were 3-3 in the above scenario, the Colts would be 2-4. But thanks for chiming in with your brilliance.
Yay, sports.
Really?
If we win the coin flip in J’ville, we likely win the game.
If you had beaten Jacksonville, the Colts would be 2-4?
Think before you click post, “genius”
Left to right, top to bottom...
Reading is not all that hard.

SO, working backward, if we lost the Miami game, then we have 1 win. BEATING THE COLTS and the Jags gets us to 3 wins. Beating the Colts also means the Colts have an extra loss, making them 2-4. The line about the coin flip was in response to Chris’ suggestion that we aren’t close to winning on the road.
Is that clear enough, or should I draw some pictures?
Yay, sports.
Hey windbag,
That’s a lot of hypotheticals in there. And there are various ways to get to 3-3, including beating the Titans, and not necessarily beating the Colts. You didn’t mention the Colts, though I suppose you did make a tacit admission that there was no chance you were gonna beat the Titans.
In either case, I’ll reiterate my point, because apparently you can’t read either. If your team was 3-3, you’d be as crappy as the Colts.
So you can take your take your “scenario” and shove it up your large, gaping derriere.
You’ve singlehandledly redefined the term loser. Amazing.

Nice.
You could have made that a lot shorter by saying “oh, my bad, I was in such a hurry to run off at the mouth that I failed to comprehend your post. Thank you for calling me out for my stupidity. I apologize.”
But, regardless, I accept your apology.
Yay, sports.
You're the only windbag
I see on any of the AFC South sites.
I believe I offered you a piece of advice before: ACT LIKE YOU’VE BEEN THERE. I know 6-0 is an amazing feat for you, but, really, it isn’t that big of a deal. I think I’d wait until I was 8-0 or something before yapping it up….Oh yeah, I HAVE. You know, actually having had the experience before.
These guys over here have some class. You may want to observe rather than attempt to participate.

You can find a stream online
They’re usually posted shortly before game time at www.myp2p.us under the ‘Live Sports’ tab.
I’ve been able to see every game this season through that link, even though I don’t live anywhere near Houston.

Looks like I'm gonna have to hit the bar again...
At least this time I’ll be prepared for it.
