San Antonio Area Fans!

If you live in and around the San Antonio area, you know how shitty life can be on a Sunday when the local media snubs the Texans in favor of Bull Riding (irony notwithstanding). Also equally shitty is finding yourself alone in a room full of people as you clammer to find a seat at the bar and beg for a TV to watch the unheralded Houston Texans.

If we are ever going to have a voice in SA, we need to show a united front. Several members of the unrivaled Texans message board, TexansTalk.com, have decided on a show of solidarity at the Buffalo Wild Wings on DeZavala for this Sunday's game. It's west of I-10 off the DeZavala exit.

I plan to be there, drinking beer and rocking my gear. Even if you have the NFL Sunday Ticket, come out and support the team with your Texan brethren. Hope to see yall there.

I've often thought about

a representation of Texans fans here in San Antonio, and if I wasn’t GOING TO THE GAME (thanks again Aaron) I would definitely be there at De Zavala.

Maybe we should form an unofficially official Alamo chapter of the Texans fan club. What do you think, Solis?

Full disclosure

We just got engaged on Thursday night… so she’s still a little loopy from it all. Right about now, I could probably get her to buy off on just about anything short of a romp w/ a big titted stewardess.

On the real though, we have to set something up in the near future. BFD had mentioned a while back that he was going to be coming to SA for a game… We’ll see if we have a south central Texas meet w/ some of the folks from Austin/SA.

It's a long story

We used to date back in highschool (mid 90s) and hooked up again three years ago. We’ve been shacking up for a while now, so it was pretty much a formality. She’s stoked though. And in all honesty, I’m pretty stoked myself.

This shit is winthe worst case scenario, everyone gets stupid drunk because the texans lost, or everyone gets stupid drunk because the texans win. if i didn’t have to work on sundays i’d show you boys how to drink!
