Titans Paper Tiger

Titans have been listening to their own press.. They have been playing loose on defense and Green Bay is ripping them apart. Lazy Lazy defense. Backs turned to GB running backs.

Lets see if they can  do it when the chips are down.  The defense is going to have to win it since they can seem to move the ball on offense.  They cannot afford the luxury of being tired or complaining about,

The officiating has been consistantly bad on both sides. Today.

Jeff Fisher should be pointing this out to the officiating committee tomorrow since  he sits on it.  With as much money as these players make and the officials make they should get it right.

I agree with your disagreement

If you can run the ball on offense and stop the run on defense you’ll win a lot more games than you’ll lose.

Yeah, and what the Titans lack on the field

… they MORE than make up for it with their coaching, IMO. I’ve said before that the worst part of losing the Oilers was losing Jeff Fisher.

If only

VY would start for them. Then they might lose a game.

Not even a joke

My prediction for Tennessee to finish at or near the bottom of the division this year was based solely on VY being the starter. No way I would have picked them to be undefeated with Collins – but I absolutely would’ve had them as a playoff contender.

man you guys are nice on here..from the city that took your team this guy starts a thread. Balt/Indy Balt/Cleve can’t stand each other..while they are better than the Ravens record wise, they are sraping by with 3 point wins. It will catch up to them soon. I hope.

We're not nice

We’re just down. It’s hard to attack the Titans when we’re as bad as we are right now.

I’m as fervent a Titan-hater as there is in the entire USA, but I’m just not going to burn on other teams (as much) when my team is as bad as it is right now.

Glum

Do we need to put you on VY-esque suicide watch?

Yay, sports.

It couldn't hurt

A home loss might put me over the edge, you know – since we’re probably not going to win a road game for another year.

You Said It, Chris

I am forlorn.

Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...

I think they have medicine for that...

It comes in a topical cream and a gel foam.

Really?

I was figuring I’d just cure what ails me with a cyanide and tonic.

too funny..I know I have rose colored glasses with the Ravens (who haven’t beaten a team with a winning record) but I think the Texans can beat anyone on a good day. This could be a trap game for us. The Colts destroyed us and you, for the most part, beat on the Colts. Home game……It will be a good one to watch. Mario Willaims (NC) vs. Gaither (MD) ACC get together. Gaither will get lots of help…If you can stop Mason you’ll take a huge bite out of everything we do.

Lucky For You

Our secondary is generally unable to stop anyone.
