Texans 16, Browns 6
Final, brutal stats here. I submit that you just witnessed the ugliest victory since this game, and I'd argue this one was even uglier. Cleveland lost this game far more than your Houston Texans won it, but beggars can't be choosers. We'll take it.
Vent as you see fit in the Comments below.

I love that you called it a vent thread when we won lol.

Lot To Vent About, Even In A Win
Right?
Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...

Hey, I sort of understand where you're coming from...
But fuck it. I’m so happy that they actually won a game. This calls for a celebration.

I'm not convinced this is a win yet
I wouldn’t be surprised if Roger Goodell ruled this game a tie.
I’ve never watched two teams try and outchoke each other that bad. The beginning of the 4th quarter was some of the worst football I’ve ever seen in my life.

I watched this game at work, no sound, but why was there a penalty on the punt and the browns still got the ball, what was the flag for? just curious.

If you look at Frenchy's stat line this season you'd think he was a decent corner

I shutter to think
whod fill in when Matt got hurt this season if we made that deal.
Sage is terrible, but would we have been in a position to win the Indy game with QB3?
So we woulda drafted a QB? Or maybe signed a veteran QB2 I guess, but I think this season would have been worse if we made that deal. The future now, that probably would be better…
Please draft some defensive stars for the next DC.

That Steelers game...
May be one of my all-time favorites.
I watched the whole thing on Gamecast at college – so I kept seeing arrows going the other way for defensive TDs. It was the most bizarre thing ever.

which looks good in the stat line
which may be why he “likes when teams throw at him”
which may be why we paid him so much money?

My analysis
Sage was decent as a QB for most of the game. The bonehead pick in the 4th Qtr was inexcusable and for him to do that after all that he’s done this year shows a severe lack of judgement. He should not be re-signed for that throw right there, even as QB3, even for league minimum. The first 10 mistakes are bad enough, but to repeat the same bonehead decision at the critical point in the game cannot be excused.
Slaton looked tired in the 2nd half, and with Green injured it looks like we’ll see Moats get some time spelling Super Steve next week to keep him fresh.
Kevin Walter should be fed the ball until he drops one. Just throw it up to him on every play until he drops it. I think he’ll catch em all. Thats after we get a few of the onside kicks we should do on every kickoff, that is.
Defense looked good, but again, we can play against the lower echelon of the league. RS will get DC of the week, but still be fired.
Penalties, even if wrongly called were HUGE today, and should be fixed.
As bad as the draw on 3rd and 13 was early in the game, Kubiak knew what his QB was capable of, and might have won the game with that call. I think he’s a servicable coach if he gets a DC that can exceed some expectations. This team will play the lower-mid echelon teams 7 or so games a year, so a little luck/good defense, and the talent we have could win 10 next year.
Please draft some defensive stars for the next DC.

We will be 5-7
Jags lost at home to the Vikings 30-12! We were more competitive against Minny and that game was on the road.
Now the only question is what happens after that. Packers play @ New Orleans on Monday, so they get one less day off for us. We get to see what to expect from them tomorrow.
With the Titans and Bears looking pathetic today, and the Raiders being the Raiders, you never know…
