Antwaun Molden
There's our new CB at 79.

To DE or not to DE... that is the question.

He looks like he will be moved to FS
...according to the NFL write up.  But can play corner until Dunta gets back.  Good pick for this team but I think a little over valued here.

The Pros
He's big
He's fast
He's quick

And he likes to tackle.

A lot of draft gurus were liked this kid.  Flew under a lot of radars because he played at EKU, but it looks like Smithiak likes these smaller school kids. We'll see.

To DE or not to DE... that is the question.

Steve Slayton
Looks like a good fit for the ZBS also.

The pros per SI:
Patient, elusive ball-carrier with the ability to create yardage. Displays good vision, instincts, and the ability to quickly get through the small creases of the defense. Runs with good lean, quickly cuts back against the grain, and loses no momentum when he must immediately change direction. Sets up defenders and makes them miss. Uses an effective straight-arm to keep runs alive. Solid receiver who gets vertical and adjusts to the errant throw, pulling the fastball from the air. Immediately gets to top speed and can turn it on in a single step.

Admit it
that's the assessment for Barry Sanders from 1989, right?

With Molden and Slaton In The Fold...
What position are we targeting in Round Four?  I'd guess DE, but I wouldn't be shocked if we went BPA from here on out.
Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...

Agreed
But I'd like to see some focus on D now, w/ the 2 O picks.  DT, DE, OLB, Space-Eating Punter, etc.
We can be critical of the draft picks, but in the end we always support the new Texan.

PS
I am very jealous of KC's 1st 4 picks.

No hurry
You've got until Tuesday for the Mega & Wednesday for TX.  Let the man take his time & give some good numbers.

Love me some Okam
Plus, during the offseason he could help JJ beat those DUI charges.

Okam
He's got the size... but does he have the "ganas" or wants to play at the pro level.
What is one thing your teammates don't know about you?
I really live inside of my head.

What does that even mean?

To DE or not to DE... that is the question.

re: meaning
He is by far the most intelligent DT to ever enter the NFL.

That's fine
I just don't want him rearranging the furniture while MJD busts through his gap assignment.

Or...
What about another OL?  I'd be okay with that as well.

The Great Unknown
We have no idea what our OL depth really looks like....mainly regarding what Gibbs thinks of guys like Studdard & Frye.

Let's see who the Eagles take for their 4th...

Eagles take a safety named Demps
Which is good, because that would have just been too much for us to handle

So we are the southern Broncos and now the western Hokies.

Round Five
The Okam watch continues.  I'd be really pleased with that pick if we got him.

Re: Okam
Man, that'd be sweet.  Bringing a Horn on board while simultaneously reducing Travis Johnson's playing time?  Priceless.

Not a bad way to spend your weekend, pal.  Don't want to speak for anyone else, but I think any concerns we had about Day One have been greatly alleviated today.  Smithiak should be the president of MENSA.

hopefully
This will be the year you get to change your tag line.

I was surprised we traded down with Otah there, but I guess he didn't fit, and we got the exta 2 picks.  I am hoping the best for Duane Brown. It sounds like he was targeted and we got him Plus. Let's rock and roll!
