New Texan's safety Nick Ferguson is all class
He was classy as a Bronco, and it looks like nothing has chnaged. He is tight with the Smithiak but he has never ceased to play with all his effort. In Denver he went to the sideline after Hamza Abdullah stepped up and played well, and when Lynch got hurt, Ferg came back in withou any ado and in two games recovered a fumble at the goalline to save one and deflected a pass to save another. I don't know if he will stick with your team, but as stopgaps go, he is solid.

Re: Ferguson
He’s got a real fight on his hands to make the team, given the logjam at safety, but I’ll be rooting for him. Anyone who “gets it” like he does (see, e.g., asking fans for their autographs because he realizes that the fans make it possible for him to play a game for a living) deserves our support.
Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...

re: "Classy" guys on the roster
I’m glad we tend to sign “classy” guys to the team and everything but, let’s just hope we can use the terms “Winners” and “Classy” in the same sentence after this year.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad we have a first rate organization, but in all honesty if you said we can go 10-6 with a few thugs on the team vs. 8-8 with our “Classy” team, I’ll take the 10-6
thugs any day of the week. You know, assuming they aren’t murderers or anything.
