As of this post, there are 11 of 20 teams. Thanks for all your great replies. Sorry it took awhile to get back to some of you, but I'm publishing the sign up details for whoever else wants to join. From here on out, first come, first serve on the sign-up.

I'll be holding the draft offline sometime in late August. They'll be an offensive draft, followed by a defensive draft, so that everyone gets a fair crack at the IDP players. The draft will be conducted in the Fan Posts section, so keep a look out.

I ran into the same issue, but if you notice the pass word from the grayed out screen is houstontexans. Use that one and you should be able to access the BRB League page.

Offline Draft
How exactly does the offline draft work

i’ll give out all the details later in August.
the short version. because we’re all spread out with numerous different schedules. once the draft starts i’ll post 1st round, 2nd round etc in the Fan Shots. each team will have a fixed amount of time to draft otherwise they’re skipped. they can still draft afterwards, but they keep sliding down the order like in the NFL draft.
we’ll conduct the offensive draft first. then the defensive draft since a lot of people are new to IDP and haven’t had to figure out the best time to transition between offensive and defensive players in a draft.
i’ll give everyone plenty of heads up about the draft on the main site.
