Vince Young still looks uncomfortable: Young followed up a shaky effort in Week 1 of the preseason with an even more inconsistent outing vs. the Titans, going 4-of-13 for 37 yards. Young just couldn’t find a rhythm, badly over-and-under throwing a number of receivers. He was helped by a couple of dropped interceptions by the Raiders.

There is a malt whiskey trail in Scottland, that would be fun to take with a few (6)guys. If we go in the off season, (and there is a Scotch festival the end of Sept beginning of Oct.) I might be able to scrounge up a few buddy passes to lower the costs a bit for you, and I talked to a guy that took it a couple years ago, and he said they give you 3 finger glasses free of whatever varieties you want to taste. On my way back through Scottland I found some really great ones…I’m talking to some other folks too, so if anyone is really interested, let me know.

They have yet to ever show a Preseason Texans game in HD here in Houston.

I loved Mario catching Reggie in the backfield and spinning him with 1 arm
haven't listened to him a lot
since he’s only a preseason announcer.
But Spencer Tillman is tough. Not just on Jacoby now. He was going after somebody last week pretty hard too. Not complaining, just noting it.

schaub kicks ass
absolutely on target. he could hit a fly on the ass on the run.
defense: no blitzing, though I think I saw cochran drop into coverage a couple of times, which makes me wonder. reeves sucks and got picked on all night. colston is much taller than fletcher. reggie bush still sucks. drew brees is good and has a quick release. duane brown and eric winston dominated their guys. vonta leach is big and ugly.
First Half Thoughts
Offense looked like it could score on anybody, and defense looked like it couldn’t stop anybody. In a related story, Reeves looked like he really wants Antwaun Molden to take his job and/or Dunta to get well soon.
