It's the final preseason game, which is primarily notable in that it means that THE REGULAR SEASON BEGINS NEXT WEEK! Oh, and it will likely be the last time you see the vast majority of the twenty-two (22) souls who will have to hand in their playbook by Saturday afternoon. So while the starters will play very little, if at all, it's worth keeping an eye on the second, third, and (where applicable) fourth-stringers to see who earns those final roster spots.

What is everyone looking forward to in this game?

for me,

1) Don’t play Schaub, Andre, Demeco, or Mario even one series. It’s not worth it.
2) On offense : I want to see more Slayton and Taylor.
3) On defense : More Molden and X Man and Evil Frank of course.
4) I really liked Boyd when we saw him in the first game. i’m looking forward to seeing more of him. He’s big, athletic, with a cannon arm. He’s a interesting prospect I think.

1. Lots more Brink and a bit more Boyd.
2. Jacques Reeves showing us that he’s not the Antichrist.
3. Okam.
4. Molden getting more PT than he has all preseason.
5. Darius Walker—he’s gotten few reps, and I want to see more.
6. Rosevelt Colvin proving once and for all whether he’s going to be a Texan in 24 hours.

I wanna see

14 fickin’ guys hustling to the ball on every defensive play. That’s right, I said 14. I want some serious mob action going on on that side of the ball. I want penetration.

I couldn’t give a rat’s ass less about the offense. If we played the entire game on defense, I would be thrilled.

I know we aren’t (for the love of Bitchephant) going to play any starters, and we’re not going to show our defensive hand, but that’s what I want to see.
