Although this article is 99% about the Cards standout WR Larry Fitzgerald, Cris Carter states that Andre Johnson is th best Wr in the NFL. The USA Today writer, Jim Corbett, attempts to diminsh his statement by prefacing it with the word "Curiously", and editorializing that AJ "edges" LF for the title. In fact the direct quote from Carter is "I think Andre Johnson is the best receiver in football". I will admit that I am prejudiced, and I have seen more of Dre' than any other WR this year, and that Fitgerald is awesome, but I fully agree with Cris Carter. On Fox last weekend Bill Cowher and Sterling Sharpe had the same debate about who is the best WR in the NFL and Cowher firmly stated that despite the great playoff game that Fizgerald had vs Carolina he still said Andre was tops. Sterling went with Fitzgerald as best.
