But when you read something like this, it kind of makes you want to root for the team that doesn't have a history of success. Then again, the sort of sudden love affair depicted in that story might make you resent the bandwagon fans.

Speaking of bandwagon fans, watch out...your Houston Texans are going to have thousands come that first playoff appearance. The people that have been around during the lean years will have earned their stripes, just like the true Cardinal fans are sporting theirs now.
