Pre Draft article on Super Mario
A little article I found while browsing www.ProFootballWeekly.com
Just some predraft hype on Mario Williams, my favorite part being the final line, "This is the Reggie Bush draft. But five years from now, I think we'll say 2006 was the Mario Williams draft."
Apparently, Mario Williams also played running back in high school. Dear Lord.

I can only imagine
Being the poor undersized kid playing S and seeing Mario bearing down on you.
Let's get a better fight song.

Those guys have no idea what they're talking about.
It only took two years for the draft to be known as the Mario Williams draft.
Also, he averaged 10.2 yards/carry in high school. Holy shit.
When I'm on the mic, I'm like global warming, you can't ignore me.

Could Mario be
our short yardage back?

If he averages ten yards/carry
…then he’d be a failure as a short yardage back.
Obviously. :)

Anyone remember the Fridge?
The Bears were so good back in 1985 when Fridge was a rookie that they used him on the goal line as a goof.

The fridge...
I still get the image of that very large man scoring a TD.

Er...
I mean…I think he might be able to, he doesn’t have breakaway speed but he’s fast and quick enough for short yardage, and he’s certainly strong enough. I think his height would hurt him though. And speaking of hurting him, that’s the risk that’s far too great to do it. But I’d love to see it regardless.
What about lining up as a tight end in goal line situations? Can Mario catch?

Super Mario
Can do anything he wants, including but not limited to parting bodies of water and/or multiplying food in order to feed the masses.
Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...

Mario could be a killer goal line TE like Belichick uses Mike Vrabel
if he has the hands.

What the fuck
He was 6’6" 250 in high school as a senior? Jesus Christ I wonder how many OT’s wet their pants during a game facing him.

Better question:
how many quarterbacks wet their pants after their offensive line just let Mario through?

Even better question:
How many quarterbacks shat their pants after their offensive linemen just wet their pets and let Mario through?
