What to make of this one? Apparently, according to The National Football Post, Houston kicked the tires today on former USC standout QB John David Booty. He wasn't offered a contract, but it is curious. Is Orlovsky or Grossman not working out as planned? Or is Houston simply doing their due diligence?

Hey, he is only one year out of college

at best they’re looking for a long term solution for the backup QB for as cheaply as possible. At worst, it just shows they overpaid for Orlovsky (as we didn’t know that already when the Sex Cannon beat him out for the #2 QB spot)
