An End To The Rumors (Officially)
According to Adam Schefter via Twitter, the Texans have ended all discussions regarding Larry Johnson and his potential benefits, or drawbacks to the team. Yes, that means we will not see LJ in a Texans uniform this season. Whew.
UPDATE: Rick Smith has spoken and the Texans will not be pursuing Johnson, this time ruling out ANY possibilities of the wife-beater playing in steel blue. Seriously this time. The link has been updated accordingly. (h/t Tim)

I’m hoping the team is trying to motivate SS to get his motor going and his hands sticky. I’d even bring LJ in to work out, make SS watch. Either it works and he gets it going or it backfires and he quits. I don’t think SS is the type to quit on anything, though.

He was the reason
that Brown missed the kick. He used his powers to will the ball slightly left of the uprights but just enough to make you think it actually had a chance to go through. He used his teleportal mindition to move enough atoms and particles just at the right time to change the trajectory of the kick. Damn, he is as good as 9er’s fans made him out be.
