He is confident and has matured.The guy is 26. He has many years to improve to greatness.He has a different work ethic.His helping raise STEVE MCNAIRS children! He brings them to all of the Titans games. I truly believe he is trying to continue the Steve Mcnair legacy. Say what you want, this guy is a great quarterback. NO he's not up there with Manning or Rothelisberger, but he has so much more motivation now. He and Mcnair were more than good friends. He called him "pops" and i think he will stick to the advise that Mcnair gave him, "Never Look Back". Stop dissing him because he has plenty of time to prove those in doubt of his greatness, WRONG!!!!!!
