BRB Tailgate: Thanks To All

Don't worry...the Post-Game Breakdown is coming, though it probably won't be up until tomorrow. As you can imagine, it's going to be a doozy.

Before we get into that, however, I just wanted to thank everyone who made it out to the inaugural BRB Tailgate yesterday. It was awesome getting to put faces to names and having the opportunity to talk Texans. Special thanks to Mike Kerns for spearheading the networking/nametagging effort, and even bigger thanks to TTID and Texans-Brocos for cooking a ridiculous amount of great food.

Hope to do it again with everyone really soon, if for no other reason than the fact that hanging out with BRBers served as the only real silver lining to yesterday's debacle at Reliant.

The Game Aside,

It was a great time. A few of us are in the yellow lot every game, so feel free to stop by and party with us…its about all there is to look forward to for this season now…

(This is why I wait about two days after a devastating loss to write. I’m still just a big ball of negativity right now…)

Sorry I couldn't make the party in the orange lot

but I also am in the yellow lot and try to show up as early as I can most games. I usually gravitate toward the outer grass area. Where could I look to find the BRB’ers in the furure?

It’s bleak right now, but we’re far from eliminated. Kubiak needs to keep the team focused. Stranger things have happened. As unlikely as a 5 game run seems right now, I think 11-5 gives us a real good shot at a WC spot.

It took the Astros 44 years to get to the Series, the Oilers-Texans are due to get to the big dance...Go Texans!!!!!

Great Time...

Yea guys, I had a great time as well. Glad the chili recipe turned out well…I’m in the orange lot pretty much every game, so feel free to hit me up to drink a few more beers.

Don’t know about this season…really low right now (the lowest I’ve ever been on this team), but hopefully my eternal optimism will return by Sunday.

It was nice meeting everyone

I went with a big cooler and a case of Shiner, some meat products, and vodka; came home with no meat, 1/2 case of shiner, some Miller light, coors original, some coors light and a little less vodka. I think I netted zero but had a good time. KB_FTW got plenty of pics! (which i’m pretty sure is mostly just people peeing on the bushs)
