titans vs texans mon night

hi guys comin down to houston just wanted to know where to tailgate if there were any oiler/titan tailgate sections, and if i need to buy a parking pass or can i just park somewhere else, cause i wont have a car im flying down, and staying at the cowne plaza right next to reliant, thanks guys...

ps. of the texans fans ive talked to on sites, the ppl on here seem to be the more knowlegeable ppl, an least ignorant, and im sure all of us at one time had something in common, we were all OILERS fans....cant wait for the game

Someone had mentioned trying to get a tailgate together for the game for the BRB Crew.

It may have been Tim…..but I can’t remember.

Anyway, I think it would be a great idea for us all to get together to tailgate at the stadium. I have been to games but never tailgated there.

MNF Tailgate

Is anyone’s existing tailgate big and/or generous enough to take on additional BRB comers for MNF? Figure there’s no use reinventing the wheel if there’s an existing tailgate we can utlize (with all attendees bringing their own beverages and/or food or donations, of course).

Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...

Hope you enjoy your trip

And you couldn’t possibly be staying at a closer hotel.

But I am curious to 1 thing. Were you an Oilers fan in Tennessee pre-1997?

If the Treasury Secretary doesn't have to pay taxes, then why do I?

yes i was

My father has been a fan since the 60’s i was born a oilers fan and remeber watching them as at a young age (even tho they werent on much up here), but yes me and my father were the only two oilers fans we knew up here. not tryin to piss anyone off obviously i understand your ill will towards the titans but i never lived in houston, thats why i followed them to tenn, even tho admittaly id kill for my team to be the houston oilers agan. and yes every sunday i wear my oilers jerseys when i go out to watch my titans, and you all may disagree but theyll always be my oilers to me! i do hope to see some cambell, moon, etc jerseys in the crowd, and i had a chance to go to tenn for the first time but i chose this game, shows how much respect i have for houston, and im counting down the days…….go oilers

That's Fair

You’ll get no quarrel from me, and I doubt you’ll get much angst from anyone else here.

Wow

You sir, are quite literally a 1-in-a-million case.

I have nothing but respect for your fandom (Firefox tells me I made that word up), and empathy for the shit that Bud Adams will continue to put you through.

Now, if you would so kindly return the legacy of Earl Campbell to Houston, it would be much appreciated.

Yeah definitely no angst

That’s the best Oilers to Titans fandom story I’ve ever heard. The killer for us is usually when Houstonians root for the Titans (or Cowboys).
