this is that conservative play that makes me want Kubiak out
cut throat, score on them every drive, make them stop us… dont give it to them every 4 downs…
Some people say "If you can't beat them, join them". I say "If you can't beat them, beat them", because they will be expecting you to join them, so you will have the element of surprise.

But for a team to be up 34-7 and even 1 fan making statements like “this is why I want the coach fired” is a bit much.
I don't want Mora fired.

I think that last game against New England if the patriots are playing for something will show if Kubiak keeps his job. If kubiak’s team lays an egg i think hes gone.

Alright days going good so far. Texans win, Jags win. Now we need the cowgirls to screw up and the Titans to lose against the rams.
Or
Maybe big-time players only play big-time games when big-time announcers cover their games (which may or may not be big-time)
- Rivers McCown, From Mom's Basement | Twitter
by riversmccown on Dec 13, 2009 3:11 PM CST up reply actions
Finally a win.
Baltimore won though so the Jags loss doesn’t mean as much as it could, especially since they lost to Miami.
We have to win out and hope that EVERYONE else collapses.
Still nice to see a commanding win for once.

We needed this earlier in the year.
I think one of the major problems is attitude in close games.
The players need to believe that they can dominate, shutdown and win games. Once they get used to experiencing this, then at the end of close games the players can have faith in each other to make those plays to win close games.
However, our second half performance today was more about not losing than a dominating win.

I understand what we were trying to do
Take time off the clock, even if we didn’t get a lot of first downs. Makes sense with that kind of lead.
Personally I would have liked to run our regular offense a few more series before we went into clock kill mode.
Not too much to complain about, though.

Not at all. We had 2 turnovers, 2 horrible missed FGs...
But overall, no dumb penalties, 34-7 is great. We still have a shot at 9-7.
As long as they keep playing like that, 9-7 now looks possible
question now is can we beat the Dolphins & Patriots when it matters, & not slip up against the Rams beforehand
