What Do You Want To See On BRB?
I've been thinking about what we could write about here on BRB, and I have to admit that I'm suffering from a severe case of writer's block. We're smack in the middle of February, which means all we've really got is the Combine, and that doesn't really get serious for another few days. Free agency talk of any real consequence is just over the horizon, but the Draft is still two (2) agonizing months away. I'm kicking around a couple Dunta-related angles, sure, albeit at the risk of beating that horse well beyond its demise.
What else should we be writing about? What do you want to read on BRB? Let us know in the Comments below, if you please.

Not sure if this is possible
…but some kind of story on the labor situation and the further ramifications of an uncapped year would be appreciated.

The infamous trade sheet
What about that infamous trade sheet, which assigned points to each draft pick to try and standardize draft trades? Might make sense given the possibility of a trade (down more likely than up) this year.
idk...all i know
is that every other blog seem slike they got one everyday and sometimes it feels like we dont get one for 2-3 days sometimes…not sure what to write about…maybe a 3 paragraph thing on prospects and do like 1 each day for a diff. propsect that we could take in the first round?

a break down of each position
Why not break down a different position every few days. Talk about how that position stands and what changes we would like to see if any…
Derrick Ward
Not sure this is worthy of a post, but Ward recently said he envisions himself in Houston as an option.
Not sure how much we need to be putting in this. He’s more of a pass catching, speed back than a hard nosed bigger back that we’ve been looking for, but he would be nice. He has fresh legs, so his age (28) doesn’t really fit. He’d likely want 4+ a year though and even though we have the space, I question whether we’d pay him that.

Pancakes has an interesting list
over at his blog. The top five first round draft choices in Houston Pro Football history. Bet you can’t guess who number 1 is. I hesitate to reference him over here, but what’s up with McClain? He’s actually been turning out decent football info. A lot of it is still fluff…but it’s a huge improvement.
concur on pancakes...
He’s been doing better lately, but it might be the “spaghetti thrown on a wall” case.

Kevin Smith ??
Former first rounder that might not come to expensive could be a good compliment to SS and run between the tackles. Pretty much the same as D. Ward but younger and might come for less.
If you aint Texans then F@!# You!!!!
Interview...
ANY interview. Weren’t you able to get ahold of Bulman last year, or something? I don’t think anyone cares WHO you get to talk, but I think everyone likes reading about players’ thoughts on the team, league, gay marriage, boxers v. briefs, favorite colors, etc.
Flex those media muscles, Timmy!!
