Link to the story here. I doubt any of the Texans fanbase is too broken up about this. Although he was fairly solid in run support, C.C. was always a glaring liability in coverage. In his defense, perhaps that was just his way of fitting in with every other Houston safety. The brass never seemed even remotely interested in re-signing him this offseason, which is either a hearty endorsement of Eugene Wilson/Nick Ferguson/Dominique Barber or a scathing indictment of C.C.
Now C.C. is off to New York, where he'll likely serve as a backup. Personally, I wish him the best of luck. Bonus: If he's bitter about Houston, I'm sure Zoolander will be willing to listen to any gripes he might have.
