C.C. Brown Signs With Giants
Link to the story here. I doubt any of the Texans fanbase is too broken up about this. Although he was fairly solid in run support, C.C. was always a glaring liability in coverage. In his defense, perhaps that was just his way of fitting in with every other Houston safety. The brass never seemed even remotely interested in re-signing him this offseason, which is either a hearty endorsement of Eugene Wilson/Nick Ferguson/Dominique Barber or a scathing indictment of C.C.
Now C.C. is off to New York, where he'll likely serve as a backup. Personally, I wish him the best of luck. Bonus: If he's bitter about Houston, I'm sure Zoolander will be willing to listen to any gripes he might have.

As ususal you are right on point
Although CC will not be missed on the field, I echo your well wishes. CC was a good teammate and solid character guy. He was an upgrade from Matt Stevens, but would never be mistaken for a Pro Bowl caliber player.
We continue to get better at all of the position groups making this offseason to date a success. We even got lucky when Ced was offered a better deal in Cincy. Don’t think he would have been a good fit here.
