It's April 2, 2009--Who Do You Want Your Houston Texans To Take At No. 15?
This is Version 4.0 of this exercise, so no need to repeat the rules. Week One saw Clay Matthews, Jr. as the people's choice. Week Two saw Malcolm Jenkins steal the title. Matthews then stole the crown back in Week Three. With the 2009 NFL Draft a mere twenty-three (23) days away, who does our huddled mass love this week? Let your voice ring out in the poll below. And then let your fingers tap out an explanation for your choice in the Comments.

Let’s not forget to take into account that Matthews has now joined Cushing in the “allegedly took steroids” category. Me – I’m still voting Matthews because I don’t think Oher or Jenkins will be there at 15.

Also...
I mean, of course I’d LOVE Raji at 15, but I’d also love to wake up under a pile of hundred-dollar bills… but by the results so far it looks like the voters are taking realism into account.
Are you mad at Matt Sanchez? I see you removed him from consideration, HAHA!!

Because there is a GLARING omision. Just so everyone knows, I’m officially pouting.

Raji
Only has a chance of falling to us if his stock is brutalized so bad by this “abused substance” that he falls all the way out of the top 10, past Oakland and Denver, and lands with Houston.
"There was a pretty good group of free agent quarterbacks out there and, after studying them all, I liked the fact that he's young and I like the fact he's a mirror image of the guy we have (Matt Schaub) so when we're coaching Matt, we're coaching him, too." - Gary Kubiak on new Texans QB Dan Orlovsky
Matt Schaub = Safety Dan. We're in trouble.

just to jinx it in our favor
“it’ll never happen. He can’t possibly fall to 15.”
Smushiak will take us to the playoffs in 2009.

so the vote is leaning toward Jenkins
even if Raji is on the board?
And whats with all the Clay Matthews votes with Raji and Jenkins on the board??
Smushiak will take us to the playoffs in 2009.

Because Raji's not going to be there
I’m voting in reality.
Now – if it actually said “if all of these players were still on the board,” I would have broken my neck diving on my keyboard to vote for Raji.
I don’t care if the positive test turns out to be crack, heroin, pot, Drano, or if they find the mark of the beast in the pattern of his blood cells – I’d literally cry tears of joy if he were a Texan.

Rec'd
For “if they find the mark of the beast in the pattern of his blood cells.” That is why I read Houston Diehards.
Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...

Raji is easily the best player on the list, so I voted for him even though he won't fall to 15
He smoked weed before getting tested at the combine. Not smart, but doesn’t disqualify him from being a stud DT. Clay3 on the other hand, if the steroids allegation is true, and his people were careful to steer clear from a denial in their recent statement posted by Chris at Diehards, is seriously devalued. If Jenkins is there, I would take him over a juiced Clay3 or Cushing.
