Just checked out the Rookie Free Agent signings by the Texans, and was intrigued by this running back from Oregon they picked up.
It looks like he backed up Jonathan Stewart his first few seasons at OU, and then had a chance to really play well in his senior year. His 2008 stat line really stands out:

Looking back at Kubiak's success in Denver with undrafted FA running backs, this pick up could turn out to be a good one. We also picked up Arian Foster of Tennessee, who could be the big back we need.

Johnson’s scary quick, and Foster has the size that could translate into the big back we thought we’d get via the draft. Both are very intriguing signings.
Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...
