BREAKING NEWS: Connor Barwin Signs Contract
Connor Barwin signed his rookie contract at 9:00 A.M. CST, thirty minutes after the first Texans training camp practice started. The terms of the deal are still undisclosed, but it is for four years. Apparently Connor literally signed the contract and then crossed the street and went straight to practice.
That makes 7 down, one to go. Multiple first rounders signed yesterday like Darrius Heyward-Bey, Clay Matthews and Jason Smith, so there shouldn't be too much in the way of getting the deal done with first rounder Brian Cushing. Everyone enjoy the day; camp is finally here.

Clint Matthews
Is that like Clay Matthews brother? Or just coincidental?

One more to go
I am not suprised Connor Barwin signed rather than holding out. This kid is a standup guy. Now on to Cushing. Come on Cush do the Texans right and be in camp the entire time with your teammates.
