My daughter...
decided she wanted to wake up at 5:45. Rather than do the usual “wait her out and see if my wife gets up first,” I popped out of bed, grabbed the kid, and fired up NFLN. I almost overdosed on Baldinger and Sharpe before 7am.

I was awake at 7:30… in China. I’ve been up and amped for about 16 hours now. Somebody needs to invent some other ways to pass time in this world.

Don't be surprised if...
…Myers starts getting pushed around too much that we see Caldwell step in. I agree, that kid is proto-perfectly sized to take on 3-4 nosetackles. Whether or not he’s ready to do just that must be the question now, huh?

I hope the extra weight that Myers put on shows up in his play… because Kris Jenkins is no friggin’ joke when he’s on.

Texans declared third QB Dan Orlovsky, WR Kevin Walter, TE Anthony Hill, DL DelJuan Robinson, C Chris White, C Antoine Caldwell, DB Jacques Reeves and DB Eugene Wilson inactive.
Orlovsky lost out to Rex Grossman for the backup QB job. Walter’s hamstring wasn’t good enough to go, so Andre’ Davis will get the start.

during training camp i woulda thought all of these guys would be active…reeves, walter, wilson all out due to injury but orlovsky and robinson i thought were locks….Hill White Caldwell were also pretty much guranteed…i guess we got some nice depth
