Very interesting stats from Paul Kuharsky about QB ratings in the AFC South broken down by situation here. Perhaps not surprisingly, with standard pressure Schaub decimates all other AFC South quarterbacks (and probably any other quarterback as well) with a passer rating of 126.6. However, with added pressure, his rating plummets to 61.3, good for worst in the AFC South. We also get that Schaub is unbelievable when passing for 11-20 yards, with a passer rating of 155.8, which approaches perfection, but is a somewhat more pedestrian 95.8 when when passing for 21-30 yards. Bottom line: Schaub appears unstoppable when he isn't being blitzed and is throwing to around 15 yards from the line of scrimmage, but if he gets blitzed he becomes very, very mortal. None of which is all that surprising, but interesting to see confirmed statistically.
