Walter (3x), Reeves, Schaub Injury News

Kevin Walter - WR Sep. 9 - 7:40 pm et
Texans coach Gary Kubiak confirmed that he has "some concern" about Kevin Walter's (hamstring) availability for Week 1.
Walter is a game-time decision candidate. His absence would lead to more targets for Andre Johnson, Owen Daniels, and perhaps even Steve Slaton. Source: houstontexans.com
Jacques Reeves - DB Sep. 9 - 6:08 pm et
Texans LCB Jacques Reeves (fibula) returned to practice in full Wednesday.
Reeves, the Texans' top corner last season, probably won't face the Jets on Sunday but is making progress. He's likely gunning for a return in Week 2.
Kevin Walter - WR Sep. 9 - 5:26 pm et
Kevin Walter (hamstring) was held out of Texans practice Wednesday.
There's a real chance that Walter will sit out Sunday's clash against the Jets. Even if he does suit up, it doesn't look like Walter will be 100 percent. Source: houstontexans.com
Matt Schaub - QB Sep. 9 - 4:59 pm et
Matt Schaub (ankle) participated without limitations in Texans practice on Wednesday.
Schaub also worked fully on Tuesday and will start Sunday against the Jets, whose right corner (Lito Sheppard) struggled badly during the preseason. Source: houstontexans.com
Kevin Walter - WR Sep. 9 - 1:39 pm et
Texans coach Gary Kubiak reiterated that he considers Kevin Walter (hamstring) "day to day" for the club's opener.
"Kevin jogged today," Kubiak said Tuesday. "He...worked outside (with) the team so that's the positive." Obviously, "jogging" is much different than making cuts and sprinting. Walter is questionable to start against the Jets. Source: Houston Chronicle
