Kevin Walter - WR

Kevin Walter will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, no matter if the players and owners agree to a new CBA.
Walter has six years of NFL service, so he'll be free to sign with the highest bidder. The 28-year-old finished a disappointing 2009 with an 11.5 yards-per-catch average and two touchdowns, both lows since 2006. Considering Gary Kubiak's endorsement of Jacoby Jones as a possible future starter, Walter probably won't be re-signed. The Texans could transition tag him. Chris Brown - RB

Texans beat writer John McClain doesn't see Chris Brown back with the Texans.
Neither do we. The Texans will make running back a top priority in the offseason and there will be no room for a plodding veteran like Brown with Arian Foster and Steve Slaton on the roster. Source: Houston Chronicle

Rex Grossman - QB

Antoine Caldwell - C

Texans beat writer John McClain thinks that Antoine Caldwell will start at right guard next season.
