Howdy. I will be making my way to H-Town (from Aggieland) with some friends to catch the Chiefs vs. Texans. I am originally from Kansas City and unfortunately know nothing about Houston. I was hoping to get a little feedback before heading out and I thought you all would be a great start. My Questions are as follows and everyone else feel free to post your questions and answers in the comments. In addition, I will be putting this up on Arrowhead Pride, the SBN Chiefs site, and pointing some folks over. First off, my tickets were purchased in-absentia and this ruled out a parking pass (couldn't shell out the ~$50 it would cost to buy one online). So I will be parking and riding the MetroRail. So I was wondering if any of y'all (see I have learned something at Texas A&M) natives know of a good place to park so that I may hit up a (preferably Chiefs-friendly) bar or two on the way to catching the rail? Additionally, It would be awesome to find a Chiefs tailgate before going indoors. In which lot would I have the best chance to find one? I used to could (see... learning!) just walk around Arrowhead and find parties everywhere, but I'm sure it will be more of a challenge for me at Reliant. By the way, are there any MetroRail lots that are dedicated to gameday, which allow tailgating?
