Fantasy Football Fridays
G'mornin folks. Happy Friday to everyone. Do you have your line up set for this weekend? Do you need any help? Well, this fan post for you. If you have any questions, tips, suggestions, just leave em in the comments section.
To get the ball rolling, let me list my potential starters and bench players for this weekend.
STARTERS
QB: Drew Brees
WR1: Marques Colston
WR2: Dwayne Bowe
WR3: Steve Johnson
RB1: Cedric Benson
RB2: Mike Tolbert
TE: Antonio Gates
BENCH
WR: Mike Wallace, Mike Williams
RB: DeAngelo Williams, LeGarette Blount, Brandon Jacobs
QB: Carson Palmer
My bench is pretty thin, I know. I only have one legitimate starter at the RB position but I have plenty of WR's. Any suggestions on who to start and who to sit?

This post looks awfully familiar....
For RB I would bench Tolbert because his carries are on there way down and out with the return of Mathews. I would insead start Blount who is showing a lot of potential and his carries are only going to go up from here.

Crabtree or Walter for me?
Crabtree’s got a 3rd stringer throwing to him

Anybody else on the waiver wire?
I don’t see a lot of production from either one of em this week.

Agreed
Crabtree is matched up with Bailey…..and both Houston and San Francisco need run-heavy gameplans.

Lee Evans and Dez Bryant on waivers
I picked up Evans… He looks to have a good week

Two open spots
I have an open RB spot and a Flex spot open and 5 players to choose from. I have jacoby, derrick ward (who I feel will be getting a heavy work load this work), mike hart, benjarvus green-ellis and Mike Sims-Walker. Not the best to choose from this week but there is potential.
Ellis and Hart IMO

Mark it down now...
Drew Brees is not the guy to start this week.
Lee Evans will have a stellar week against a Jacksonville defense that looks actually worse than the Texans’. And because of that, start the Buffalo QB.
I thought Buffalo was playing KC
and Cowbitches were playing Jacksonville

You were right...
I guess I should be more careful when I post while sick and after a long bye week. Oops.
I could use some input?
I’m torn between starting Percey Harvin or Danny Woodhead. Standard Yahoo league. What say you, BRBers?
Also any other input is helpful. My lineup is:
Matt Schaub QB
Randy Moss WR
Terrell Owens WR
(Harvin or Woodward?) WR
Arian Foster RB
Jonathan Stewart RB
Vernon Davis TE
Sebastian Janikowski K
Washington D
Bench:
DeAngelo Williams (doubtful)
Eli Manning (bye)
Michael Turner (bye)
Steve Smith NYG (Bye)
Braylon Edwards
That's a tough one.....
I’m leaning Harvin. He’s always a threat as a slot WR and returner.

Id go harvin as you know he will get targets. (will do even better if favre doesn't play).
Really you have no one on your bench to put in your starting lineup if you wanted right now lol. Maybe see who is on your waiver wire. See if at RB if Blount, Donald Brown, are on there (Blount more long term). Maybe even see what WR are on there and if Anthony gonzolez is Id pick him up. (drop Williams or stewert (one is unable to be dropped) if you can get one of those other players.

in case you dont have access to FBG.com rankings
For this week they have Benson as RB #14, Blount RB#22, and Tolbert as RB#42
Colston as WR#21, Bowe WR#9, Johnson WR#20, Williams WR#15, Wallace WR#10
So they seem to think your lineup should be Benson and Blount, then Bowe, Wallace, and Williams at WR.
