Texans Waive DE Ryan Denney
Not a surprising move with the addition of DE Mark Anderson. Anderson had 3.5 sacks last year for the Bears and played at Alabama for the same years DeMeco Ryans was there.
With Brian Cushing returning to the team, one more player must be waived by this Sunday to make room.

I knew they were gonna cut Denney
I dont think Denney was even active last game. I did see Wall-E in the line up last week and from what I saw it looked pretty good. I liked how Wall-e caught up to Bush from behind and brought him down for the tackle. He provided a nice QB pressure which lead into an incomplete pass. The Raiders O Line had to double team him and they still got overpowered. Wall-E Good…Denney not so much.
With Cushing coming back into the lineup and a healthy Sharpton and Bentley, I have a feeling that Greenhouse will be on the practice squad before weeks end.
if bentley and shrapton not ready it going to be someone else then nixon.
special teams is really hurting right now.
Agree
Else, it would be Greenhouse.
A Texans fan. Really. No, I'm not kidding.
