PrintThere's been a lot of talk about it here recently, and I thought I'd toss out a FanPost for people to talk about the game. I Steam'ed it this morning and will hopefully play a little today, schedule willing. Anyway, here ya go.

I always end up back in counterstrike. Still the most fun shooter for me over the long terms. Call of Duty, Battlefied, etc….all awesome games but I find they have limited staying power over the long term….for me.
In the meantime i have found a great CS server that is always packed and aggressively policed for hackers by the admins, who are all cool.
Ok, that aside, Black Ops looks stupidly awesome. I might pick it up once I here how the release goes.

You can basically have your computer
play for you. Oversimplifying, but it gives you a huge advantage.

The first five minutes were pretty intense.
Especially the whole Castro scene. It’s a great game.

Very impressed by the story line
This game is a lot of fun. I adore the COD franchise, and I can’t say that about any other.

I like that they actually seemed to put real effort into the single player
Too many games treat the single player campaign as a cast off theses days.

World at War sucked. Really hard
In my opinion. Nazi Zombies was the only decent thing and they pretty much ripped off Gears of War Horde mode

They have it Zombie Mode on Black Ops too
Bigger maps. Graphics are ridiculous. You can dive for cover. I know that’s a minor thing but to me it is when I play online. The story is pretty damn interesting so far.

The stories of COD 4, 5, and 6 were all nice. Online is the big thing for me, and World at War wasn’t as good as Cod 4 online. Still, based on more opinions I might end up getting this around Christmas

Reznov is a fucking bad ass. Stayed up all night last night playing it. Graphics are clean. Treyarch really did a good job continuing the franchise better than Infinity Ward. Kinda sad that IW won’t be doing anymore COD games though, they had great storylines.

due to the fact my friends keep invite bombing me until I join online… Some of the online physics can be tweeked but solid I was afraid after waw. IWs online was assome… They are supposedly holding on to the modern warfare name so possibility of mw3 is out there but won’t have cod attached

i just finished the campaign
it was well done and the music was pretty sweet. it is very hard on veteran, more so than previous titles.
the online is the same as always, and it bores me now that im old
