The Texans made the smart move and placed hurting DE Mario Williams (sports hernia) on injured reserve to make room for DE Jarvis Green. One more roster spot were opened as WR David Anderson and OG Mike Brisiel were also placed on IR with shoulder injuries. The Texans had signed DT DeMario Pressley earlier this week. A possible beneficiary of this? WR Dorin Dickerson, who may see snaps at receiver in place of Anderson.
