Rick Smith will be retained as general manager, and there is already a preliminary list of head coach possibilities. Those coaches include Mike Sherman - Texas A&M head coach, Troy Calhoun - Air Force Academy head coach, and Oakland Raiders offensive coordinator Hue Jackson.
