Need parking pass help
Hey BRB I need some parking pass help from Reliant veterans. I know that the rules have recently changed on parking access because of fights at the Cowboys game this year. I do have tickets to the game but since the game got moved back to 3pm I want to go and tailgate. So, the main question is: what do I need? a tailgate pass? a yellow lot hangtag? The only ones I've seen for sale are pretty sketch because they say they will email. Don't you need an actual hangtag? Thanks for the help.

OK
First, if you just want to go meet some people (or crash some random group’s party), then you just need your tickets to get into the area.
If you want to park there, you need a parking pass. No clue about the e-mailing of a pass. Anyone else care to help with that one?
The color of the tag will limit you to that parking lot to park in, but you can walk to any of the lots around the stadium. I normally park near Herman Park and take the Light Rail to the stadium. This way I bypass traffic and I don’t have to pay for a parking pass.
If You Have A Ticket To The Game
You don’t need anything else to tailgate. If you want to park, you will need a parking pass to park on the stadium grounds.
If you don’t have a ticket to the game, you have to have a tailgating pass, of which there is a limited amount. I know that earlier in the season, season ticket-holders were the only ones who could purchase tailgate passes, but I don’t know if that’s still the case.
Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...
