Texans Make Two Staff Changes

PrintThe Texans promoted Perry Carter to assistant defensive backs coach and hired Cedric Smith as the strength and conditioning coach. Smith comes over from Kansas City, but knows Smithiak from their Denver days. Carter was a defensive assistant with the team, but gets the promotion. Nothing major, but any news is better than no news. Something has to keep us busy until the draft starts. Texans en route to becoming Super Bowl Champs in 2011!
