Edit 1: Chronicle Texans Twitter confirmation here. Six year deal, says John McClain.
Edit 2: Adam Schefter continues the Twitter barrage, says: 6 years, $48 million. $21.75 million guaranteed, $26.3 million in first three years of contract.
