Lunch in Houston
I'm back in H-town...which means absolutely nothing to those who live elsewhere. For the locals this means that it's time to go out and find some of Houston's best greasy burgers. I've had Miller's, Christian's, Tookie's, Eat's, Goode Company, and Langford's. (Lesser burgers include Otto's and Beck's Prime) And I would gladly go back to any of them, or somewhere new. I work downtown but can venture out for lunch if anyone's interested.

There's something about buffalo...
makes me think it’s gonna be gamey like elk or something. Is it good?
Buffalo is very good when cooked right
Miss-placed Houstonian living and going to school in the wilderness of Wyoming. Fresno St. 28 - Wyoming 35 (2 OT)!!! Hands down best game I have ever been to.
Not gamey
It’s richer than cow, but it’s ohsogood. I got hooked on it when I lived in CO for a while and could get it fresh. Buffalo steaks are out of this world.
Trying to remember….I don’t think I’ve bought cow in at least seven or eight years. Only buffalo.
A Texans fan. Really. No, I'm not kidding.

FYI
Reindeer filet cooked medium may be the best steak I have ever eaten. Ever.
Of course, I was in a part of the world where it was very fresh.
If the Treasury Secretary doesn't have to pay taxes, then why do I?

It really is.
It’s sad that a lot of Houstonians are unaware of its existence.

This explains a lot about your back-and-forth with BFD.

Try it, Buck.
Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...
Ike took out Tookies
but a Hooters is right around the corner from where it used to be.
It took the Astros 44 years to get to the Series, the Oilers-Texans are due to get to the big dance...Go Texans!!!!!
