According to PFT.com, DB Bodden is the newest Texan

A shutdown corner, Bodden flew into Houston and met with the team, before agreeing to the deal, which is for five years and 27 million, with $10.975 million guaranteed. The total package could reach close to $35 million with incentives. Here's his stats:

Recently: In Week 17, Bodden forced a fumble, caught an interception, and tallied 5 tackles. His contributions helped the Pats to a 20-16 win over the Ravens. As a result of his solid performance in 2005, Bodden received a four-year contract extension. Just kidding in case you think this is real. This is a prank fanpost from us Jaguar fans. Also recently, Bodden signed a one-year contract with the Pats on March 11, 2009. He started 14 of the 15 games he played for the Patriots in 2009. In a Week 10 matchup against the Jets, Bodden intercepted rookie Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez three times, returning one for a 56-yard score. He finished the season with a team-high five interceptions, along with 55 tackles, 18 passes defenses, and one forced fumble. On March 8, 2010, the Patriots re-signed Bodden.

would that be funny
if I was from Florida?
Dunta's weightspeed was too low
If I were not lazy...
I’d put up a retaliation stating that Reggie Nelson signed a deal even larger than Dunta’s.
Have fun thinking about that!

This Is The Kind Of Stuff
That’s only going to make Tim Tebow’s inevitable Jagdom that much sweeter.
Looking forward to a day when being a Texans fan doesn't mean that April is the highlight of my season...

Better, after charging $160 a signature yesterday at a local mall
by Jonathan Loesche on Mar 8, 2010 9:50 PM CST up reply actions
Ha!
From the Florida Times-Union: "It’s a very scary sticker price, but once I say that a portion of the proceeds are going to the Tim Tebow Foundation it kind of softens everyone," said Martin Buckley, Palm Beach Autographs’ Jacksonville store manager.
Oh, by the way, it was only $75 extra for a photo with him, too!
Oy. My guess is that the money that doesn’t go to his foundation is going to pay his private coaches. The Times-Union Estimated 1,500 people were there. Okay… let’s say half of those go a signature… that $120,000.
Might have been less, cause a lot of family may have been there… but still.

To all Houston sports fans, Houston is the 4th biggest city in America, there will be traffic on the way to your respective sports game. Come Early, Be Loud, Stay Late.
Oh come on....it was funny.
As long as it doesn’t come from a Titans or Colts fan, I’m ok with it.

Really, as long as it isn’t youknowwho from youknowwhat, I’ll probably be OK.

True. Besides, Jags fans are cool.
If they were Colts fans I would say pile it on…. Now if they were Titans fans….well…..words haven’t been created to convey the depth of hatred i would like to convey to them.

Also
If you go over read the FanShot about this prank, they are kind enough to say that we might be the only fanbase that could handle such a joke. I take that as one hell of a compliment….because this is exactly why Al created Manbearpig the Interwebz.
This was hilarious. And anyone who didn’t think so only proved that they didn’t actually read the entire post.

When I read it...
I just imagined seeing a name I’d want the Jaguars to sign (O.J Atogwe) and how I would have felt. So elated – almost as if I were on top of the world… ad then, poop.
