QB Anderson Cut and Jones to Chiefs

Basically Browns signed Seneca Wallace and cut Derek Anderson. He was a one time pro-bowler in 2007, but has been battling for QB position with Brady Quinn since. "Anderson was due a $2 million roster bonus March 19 and his salary was set for $7.45 million in 2010."

"Jones had career highs of 1,402 yards and 14 touchdowns last season. He was a 2008 Pro Bowl selection with 1,312 yards and 13 touchdowns."

With his knee thing
The chances of us signing him probably went down to 1 percent.

Since the chances of us signing him were at 4%
I don’t feel like it’s a big loss. Even with his knee thing, he still got 9 interceptions last season. Have to do your due diligence on each available player. However, I still think Quin is the answer at FS.
