With The 51st Pick Of The 2010 SB Nation NFL Mock Draft, The Houston Texans Select...
Well, of course I'm going to make you click on the link to Mocking the Draft to find out.
Personally, I'm excited about the pick. We've now addressed our gaping hole at NT with Dan Williams and addressed depth at another position of need.
I'd now like to announce my availability to the Texans front office for any consultation during the draft. Hello? Hel-looo? Is this thing on?
Great job by Rivers on the pick analysis.

it would be greaat if we got in the second
dude has a very slim chance at going in the first so great value
living the Texas dream
Some fine picks by the BRB Bloggers
If this were the real world, Texans fans would have some big things to look forward to in 2010.
I suppose if all of the stars, moons and planets align it could be possible, but what are the chances of that?
No kidding
I mean, if only Rivers had said something like that in his write-up of the pick…
To tell the truth, I’m very stunned to find Jackson on the board here: I imagine he’ll go much higher in the real draft.
If the Treasury Secretary doesn't have to pay taxes, then why do I?
keep hope alive
hey u were on nfl.com debating with that idiot from NJ awhile huh? it was about us gettin Leigh Bodden and he was acting very stupid
lol sorry man jus been hearin so many things
about how he may slip into the 1st round or def early 2nd, it saddens me too
decent pick
I like it. So now your third round pick is going to be interesting. What RBs do you think will be on the board? Or is now the time to pull the trigger on a TE?

As far as I know
That is all for Mocking The Draft’s SBN mock. Just 2 rounds.
RB, S, LB, and OL would have been the third round targets.

Petrus, Hardesty, etc. would be prime guys.
A Texans fan. Really. No, I'm not kidding.

I am actually suprised you passed on..
Gronkowski… I mean come on we can convert him to play NB wait….. Ok I think i will stop with the Drafting TE joke, it has gotten old.
I give you guys an A, I mean who would pass on Jackson?

Go Texans!
You know me too well, Joe
It’s not a bad pick, but I’m not a Jackson-fan. At least we got Williams and a good CB. If the draft went that way….I’d do a little jig.

It’s going our way….

Optimism
It’s what the off-season is for.
If the Treasury Secretary doesn't have to pay taxes, then why do I?
and, drinking and pessimism is
saved for the season, right?

That is the way I see it
Two big needs got filled in the first two rounds and both were value picks. Can’t complain about that.
Jackson is not my first choice either, but since he was available, it makes sense.

Honestly
I don’t like Jackson that much either.
But at that spot, he’s a steal.

Yeah, 51 is good value
Especially since most people don’t have him getting past Tampa Bay in round 2.
"Lord, beer me strength."
ppl on Rotoworld Forums did a Mock Draft
and the texans took Earl Thomas in the 1st, and K. Jackson in the 2nd…hm…

Brandon Spikes still on the board?
Rudimentary creatures of flesh and blood, you touch my mind, fumbling in ignorance, incapable of understanding.
Was he using a walker?
I suppose if all of the stars, moons and planets align it could be possible, but what are the chances of that?
The same day, same track
Brandon Spikes ran that pedestrian time, Joe Haden clocked his 4.3 something…needless to say, I am a bit skeptical about Joe Haden’s elite speed. He clocked a whole tenth slower than about 7 or 8 other CBs at the NFL Combine on the same day same track…
I suppose if all of the stars, moons and planets align it could be possible, but what are the chances of that?
I like the mccluster mention
i think he’ll surprise some people in the NFL. However, there are more pressing needs on the defensive side.

Off subject
But the pirate was in Norman last week. Maybe taking a look at Kevin wilsons office and seeing how his pirate gear would look in there. Kevin Wilson is OUs O coordinator by the way.
Lobe jackson at 51!
