I know y'all can't get enough on my delightful, non-Mickey Mouse speaking voice. Thus, I'll be joining my old pal Steve Kaplowitz on the radiomatrix device late Thursday afternoon on KROD AM 600 in beautiful El Paso.

Aside from my manly manliness and my love of enchiladas, is there anything you'd like to hear me talk about on the show? I have a sneaking suspicion there'll be a little talk about the draft. I'll post a time as soon as he tells me which slot I'm in. Because I'm a superstar!

Okay, you are waiting to see what I think is his upside. Besides the obvious, blah-blah-blah about how he is going to push Okoye to be a better player and how he will spell Okoye so he can play fresher, longer…let’s see….

How about this? Mitchell is going to be the lead blocking FB in goal line situations! Yep! How do you like that? A 300 LB FB with 4.7-40 spring in his legs propelling into the line with a 5 yard start and busting holes the size of Travis Johnson! A thing of beauty!

Okay, that doesn’t excite you? How about he is so nasty that his teammates at Arizona nicknamed him EMFM!…and that’s just because of the way he treated them on the practice field. Wait til you hear what his opponents called him!

How about that he brings character to this team…character that will be felt in the locker room as well as on the field. He was his team’s captain!

C’mon, bfd! I know you can do it! I know you will eventually come around to Earl Mitchell being a great draft pick and a great HoustonTexan, so you might as well start now….

I suppose if all of the stars, moons and planets align it could be possible, but what are the chances of that?
