Having another first round CB signed should at least begin to set a benchmark for the Texans and Kareem Jackson in their negotiations.  Given the fact the collective bargaining agreement is up in the air I wouldn't be surprised if quite a few contracts come right down to the wire with the possibility for a few more holdouts than usual.
