Let's see what has happened so far:
The first-team offense scored 10 points in two drives while the first-team defense racked up some sacks and shut out the Cardinals. The second-team offense can move the ball, but they only managed a field goal while the defense continues pitching the shut out. No Texans have suffered any injuries. All in all, a very good first half for your Houston Texans as they lead 13-0 over the Arizona Cardinals.

But the focus and attention on the Kickers Competition might actually be a real blessing in disguise. It let’s the rest of the team keep out of the picture for a while. They don’t have to hear about their play and such. It’s mostly focused on the Kicking Competition. This could be a seriously GREAT thing for the team.
