What Do the Texans Have to Do to Beat the Dallas Cowboys?
This is a poll. I am giving you potential answers. You may not like the answers I provide. If you have a better answer, you should select Other and please elaborate. There is no right or wrong answer, just a better answer, in your own mind...
I have to admit, it was disappointing to see the Texans lose to the Cardinals and Saints in their first two preseason games. I see this game a must-win game. First, I never want to see them lose to the Cowboys. Second, I want them to win a preseason game, especially one where the starters will play at least three quarters. No life or death here, but, losing to the Cowboys, at home, will bring my expectations for the upcoming season down to a barely perceptible level.

You forgot Step 2
Wait until they play their starters for almost a quarter longer than ours….and still can’t score.
/flashbacks of 2008
If the Treasury Secretary doesn't have to pay taxes, then why do I?
OTHER
Bring back David Carr and Billy Miller. And the shitty running game.
Oh, we have that already? Alright then. Just those two things.
You're ruining my poll!!!
Okay, for that, give me your address. I’m over-nighting some Shiner Bock to you….
I suppose if all of the stars, moons and planets align it could be possible, but what are the chances of that?
From the Louisiana Point of View
To beat the Cowboys, it starts with your O-Line. You have got to give your QB time to find his receivers. The next step is getting your receivers to gain the necessary separation. The best receiver in the game happens to be on your tean, and I am pretty sure he can manage this. The next is your front 7 on D. As the vikings proved, you have got to snmash through the line in a “Take No Prisoners” kind of mentality. Just one notch down from Reckless Abandon should do the trick. A lot of it will depend on Kubiak out smarting and out coaching Wade Phillips. And the last step to beating the Cowboys, score more points than they do. It never fails. When we played the Boys last year, their front 7 brutalized our line. I would say having a good chip blocking TE on the blind side to counter Ware’s presence is a must. Any LT in the game needs help with Ware.

honestly...
tony homo need to be in a david carr fetal position all night! If the d gets to the qb then it is all up to the three lbs and bonecrusher to keep dominique’s brother in check. I believe if the d-lin excels so will the team. They need to make opposing offenses look silly from here on out

Go Texans!
Why is winning the objective?
I’d settle for “looking half decent on defense”.

Agree.
We pretty much know that our offense is going to put points up. But our starting defense has been pretty Jekyll and Hyde so far. I’d just like to see some good defense: good tackling, good pass coverage and good pass rush.
I'll eliminate you like I eliminate gluten from my diet.
