Bacon BBQ recipe

I went to the Texans-Eagles season opener a few years ago you guys have tailgating down to an art. When I saw the reaction this guy got for posting his recipe on the Eagles blog, I figured I would get this to some people who really take pregame BBQs seriously.

That's called a "fattie"

I make them, but I don’t wrap them in bacon. Too much fat for me. They are easy to make, and popular. You can stuff them with all sorts of different foods. Go to the Smoking Meats Forum, and look for the string for fatties.
