PrintI've been hearing about this Brian Cushing training video for a few days now but just got around to watching it. Wow...I'd hate to be someone on the New York Giants' offense in Week 5 when Cush makes his return. Watch the video after the jump and you'll see what I mean.

When he starts slamming the ropes up and down towards the end of that part of the workout? He seemed to be getting some stress out right about then. Hope he carries that anger with him to the playing field in week five.

I can’t wait to see him smash the hell outta the Giants after he’s done they will be the Midgets!!! His athletic ability and skills are amazing to watch. Him being hot is just icing on the cake. That jump was beyond incredible!!!!
