10 corners?

Can you clarify that?

Oh, and attempt rejected. For using a “s” instead of the standard “z.”

Oh.

I originally had Secondary (10) but then split it between CB’s and Safeties.

And Z?? I’ve been brought up with the Queens English. So I use more U’s and S’s where as you’ll miss letters out and use Z’s. So I have no idea where I’m missing a Z.

unauthorized is the AMERICAN WAY

But we hate America’s team, so I say spell it however you like.

I liked the list and the layout

but yeah I’m confused about where DTF is missing any Zs.

unless you mean like Lizt? as in Franz List?

of course I speak President Bush’s English so ;-) maybe I’m missing something as well (minus not really having a Texas twang)

Anyway, the presentation of your list was great, Distant Texans Fan.

Given that this is a time sensitive post I thought I’d let you know that I liked it even though in so many ways I can’t figure out how to improve upon the list at all. I can’t think of anyone that you missed.

holy cow and after all that BS about List and Lizt I didn't write the name correctly

egad! spelling fail!

Franz Lizt LOL I just googled it and it should have been Liszt. . .ok I’ll leave it alone now.

It looks a lot like my 53 man roster list, except I didn't have the numbers on each line

I like your layout.

Your list looks pretty accurate.

Wish there was something we could do about Studdard making the list. He is an awful football player. Other than having the requisite 300 lbs needed for being called a football player, he was not endowed with any football skills. I have heard people say he has a mean streak, but I think that is just him playing dirty to gain some kind of advantage to offset his lack of skills. The man does not belong on an NFL football team roster. Probably a nice guy, a fun guy, but get him off this football team, please. He does not belong. He is taking up a spot from someone, anyone, who has some potential. Wake up Texans coaches and smell the coffee! Go get someone that can play the position. Anyone’s toss-away would do, because this guy is totally useless. Put your scouting skills to good use and find another 300 lb football player out there that can block. That’s a simple skill. Blocking. Not retreating. Not twisting and turning. Not closing your eyes and waving your arms. Not falling on your back and watching the stars. Sheeeeeesh!

I suppose if all of the stars, moons and planets align it could be possible, but what are the chances of that?

I doubt Fine makes the team now

Parson at safety…I haven’t seen him there at all? Barber will be Pollard’s back up.

-the offense (27) and defense (24) don’t add up, but I think you’ve got the right amount of players listed.
-Wouldn’t be surprised to see us only keep two QB’s.
-It will be interesting to see if they keep weeks as the LS. I don’t think anyone else has done any long snapping this pre-season (could be completely wrong about that though).

I don't think Fine will be here either, but someone else should pick him up

I don’t think Chris Henry will make the team either. He’s too much of a liability in pass protection.

I would challenge you to a battle of wits, but you appear to be unarmed.

Henry had an excellent blitz pick up last night

I think there is a decent chance we bring in a RB off the cut pile though.

Has Hill been put on IR?

Haven’t heard that he’s making any progress with his knee or any kind of time-frame for his return.

by NWestTexan on Sep 3, 2010 9:03 AM CDT reply actions

He'll start off on the PUP list

That’s physically unable to perform…they either have to place him on the active roster or injured reserve by week 6…maybe 8?

I think it's Week 6
