Pat White: Reunite with Steve Slaton???

Recently the Dolphins have released Pat White. As some of you know, Steve Slaton and White went to college together and were hard to beat. If we could spark that At the NFL level, the Texans make the playoffs. Yes or NO? Sign White or not? Why? Combine the Wildcat with the likes of Andre Johnson, or Matt Schaub and we could win the division. We should sign White just to see if the wildcat could work in Houston.

Kubiak's offense

doesn’t need the gimmick.

If Pat White could help stop Paytun a couple times, then sure, bring him on.

I think they email, maybe even tweet to each other....

I suppose if all of the stars, moons and planets align it could be possible, but what are the chances of that?

Wildcat, no

But if Kubiak can teach him the offense & he can pick it up quickly, I’d rather have White backing up Schaub just to have a dual threat in the backfield

I would challenge you to a battle of wits, but you appear to be unarmed.

I really liked White when he was at WVU

I just think he is out there now because his game hasn’t translated to the Pros. I think it would be way risky to bring him in. He hasn’t proven himself and I don’t see how it’s an improvement over DanO. I will say this; Kubiak has a point when he says that the one final game of the preseason shouldn’t be used to measure the entirety of the whole camp. He does have an arm and maybe he just needs more time taking snaps and seeing the field….in practice. Right now, he decision-making is way off from what you want in a starter. I am afraid how it will turn out if he has to go in. But, I wouldn’t have any more faith in White.

Pat White isn't an NFL QB.

The Dolphins found that out the hard way.

If he wants to transition to something else on the PSquad, by all means. If not, the hell with him.

God I hate the week before the first game

Dude got cut as the 4th, FOURTH QB on the dolphins.
