Who knows whats going on with the TiTS about to head over to their blog site and see how they are reacting over there.
kinda weird there are alot of mixed emotions over there.
Neverthereless good stuff to read if you bored.
NFL.com says the same thing.
Not surprised. It was widely assumed he wouldn’t be back after the last year on his contract anyways. The real question is,are they still going to trade VY? That could be a no but they could still do it.
Not sure
I guess we’ll find out for sure on Feb 7th, but since this seems like a Beelzebud/Reinfeldt decision, I don’t see how VY returns.

but I never underestimate Bud. He’s the Al Davis of the South.

The ppl over at Music city are lost.
Some are happy fisher is gone as long as VY stays and then some say just start fresh. They calling for Cowher hahahaha dumb asses.
Oh HELL no
That would be the absolute worst thing to happen for us. Cowher twice a year??? Please no.
I'm a man!! I'm forty!!
Hydro...
I don’t mean to interfere with your Cowher-chubby too much, but bear in mind that Cowher would still have to deal with Beelzebud’s meddling in personnel decisions and undermining his authority. Cowher is a fine coach, but he cannot defy the “physics” of working with a megalomaniacal moronic madman.

Yeah, I can't see Cowher working for Satan
Gruden on the other hand is a possibility

yes, but
Look what Fisher has been able to do to us with those same distractions, and Cowher is every bit the coach as The Mustache.
The point being, we don’t need another elite coach replacing Fisher. We need Bud to hire someone like Lane Kiffin, or Nick Saban….maybe even Bobby Petrino. Know what I mean?

Individuals have different strengths...
Part of the Fisher toolset is an ability to deal with meddling interference while also fielding competent teams.
I don’t necessarily know that the whole dealing with meddling effectively trait is part of th’ Chin’s CV. I don’t know why he would accept that kind of a situation when he absolutely doesn’t need to…

Yeah I don't think he'd take the job either
But you never know. As bad as our luck seems to be, I don’t even want to entertain the possibility. I want the BESFs to sink into NFL obscurity for at least a decade.

Crap!
Sorry, didn’t see you had posted this already! Now, I have to figure out how to delete it!?

Actually, when it comes to other teams,
I ask Shiva, Hindu god of destruction, for assistance.

there's a Hindu god of destruction?!?
that sounds interesting… I will go forth and learn about your “Shiva”
Dear Durga,
As long as the Traitors are imploding, let’s make this interesting. Please go all “Inception” on Bud Adams and plant the idea of Frank Bush for head coach in his dreams.
I’m counting on you, Durga!
Yours,
UT

Durga is a Hindu goddess whose name means ‘difficult to attain,’ or ‘distant.

I am totally optimistic about the Texans new season - at least until the first of the 4 or 2 (if any) preseason games

I wouldn't mind Fisher
Actually I would really enjoy that – and the mocking emails to my friends who are into the Titan Koolaid. But it won’t happen and he won’t wait a year either with several head coaches that got fired (or may still get fired) this year someone will pick him up…….
Like it
Make him GM.

Hadn't considered that possibility.
Was only thinking about him as a head coach after kubes franks away another season, but that scenario has win all over it.
You would think the man would know just a little about running an organization after all these yrs. He’s also been head of the NFL Rules committee. Think that would be a help as well.
Just my $.02
