Samsung Game Ball Of The Week: Tim Jamison

Surprise! No one ever expects Tim Jamison. I know I certainly didn't expect him to win the Samsung Game Ball of the Week here on BRB, but here we are. The pass rush against Joe Flacco last Sunday was strong all day, and Jamison was a huge reason why, finishing with two sacks, a forced fumble, and a jar of Flacco's tears.

Star-divide

In our first full game in a Super Marioless world, Tim Jamison answered the bell. Or the Samsung Galaxy SII, if you will. For that, we salute him and award him this wholly fictional honor. Well done, sir.

Good pick

He definitely stepped up

No surprise that Jamison is thriving in this scheme.

Was an All-American in high school, then was on the All Big 10 team while at Michigan, before he injured his knee. But, he’s healthy now, and he’s an Antonio Smith in the making. Very explosive off of the ball, and very violent with his hands, like Smith is today. Only difference between them is that Smith’s technique is much more refined tha Jamison’s. Jamison will improve his over time, though.

No better time than right now for him to step up, as J.J. has disappeared over the past few games.

So are you saying we should expect some ill-timed personal fouls in the near future?
But, he’s healthy now, and he’s an Antonio Smith in the making.

What do you mean?

The ones he commits or the bogus ones they throw on him anyway?

Did they ever show the 2nd Personal Foul on Smith?

Why is it that every time Dan Deerfuck calls our games, we get these mysterious penalties and he just completely ignores showing it.

Matt Schwab, Merio Williams, Adrian Foster, and Daniel Owens are my favorite Texans!

I never saw the second one.

Like that holding or whatever it was on the the strip sack against the Steelers.

probably a CBS thing, at least he showed the non-call facemask on Foster.

They never did mention if the helmet to chest hit from Ngata on Schaub should have been a penalty.

My plan for an all Irish defense is starting to come together.

McCain, McManis, Nolan, and Jamison. Good to know at least one of them is competent.

Yeah I've had my share of these idiots calling him "Mary-O"

shouldn’t pronunciation be a requirement for a broadcasting job?!!!

you know what i was thinking?

what if he actually wants to be called “mary-o” and were all wrong?..

See that quietness around here? That calm demeanor right now that all the Texans are feeling?

Thats the calm before the storm. Watch out Titans!!!

Good point. Hmm, it doesn't fit the cartoon character though so he has to decide

if he wants:

“MAH-RIO”

or

“MARY-OH”

I dunno

He’s doing a good job with Watt and Smith right now, and even Cody only completely sucks about half the time. I’m starting to think maybe Kollar was a victim of Frank Bush too.

Ogbonnaya signed by the Browns off Texans practice squad

These “fan posts” sit relatively unnoticed over on the far lower right, so figure I would post a link in the latest “center thread”:

Im thinking...

If we can bring down Hasselback early and often, he’ll get rattled. And C2Krapper’s hair is longer than his avg. yards per carry. Texans should roll on the Titans. Hopefully Schaub has a good game. He looked pretty good against the Ravens. I wonder who’s gonna be getting into an all-out brawl with Finnegan (if AJ is out)? I hope Mason has a big game.

Swat and swim, dip and rip, twist and spin; just do whacha gotta do to light up that QB.
